More than 100% Satisfied with Service
I loved my shopping and purchasing experience of my 2022 Kia Soul. It was calm, no pressure, high information and respect. I have had a few issues with the vehicle that I got immediate assistance with, however small. I just had my 6 mo service and my technician Sang was so professional, courteous, and communicative. I returned with issues about my windshield ( not caused by the Kia dealership) and I received immediate, accurate and helpful evaluation and efforts to address the problem even though it was not the service department’s fault. All in all, it’s a low-key , highly professional dealership

Service advisor Oscar was extremely helpful with reviewing what service was recommended on my 2014 Sorrento. He offered discounts on multiple service, felt he was knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. Kept me informed of progress.

Brian: Best Kia Customer Service Provider - 25 yrs
Brian Keelan made all of the difference. I had planned to buy any other car EXCEPT KIA for the first time in over 30 years because of the terrible customer service I have received. I love the car but not the service. Brian changed my opinion. I cannot swear what kind of car I will buy next time, BUT - if I buy another KIA - it will be BECAUSE OF BRIAN KEELAN!!!

Extremely professional sales representatives.
I was able to email request for pricing and avoid the un-comfortable dialogue and pressure that can come from this type of interaction. The contacts I made at the store were very friendly and cooperative. Phone calls back to the dealership and to Noah were responded to quickly and the follow up calls came quickly, too. First Kia in Simi Valley provided outstanding service & support throughout our 2023 Sportage buying experience. Noah was our thoughtful guide in all of the ways that everyone appreciates when it’s time to get a car. Really helpful without any of that pushy sales thing, taking care to understand our needs, and making himself available through the entire process. Very well informed on all of the details of the cars, and a lot of other subjects too! Johnny, the manager, was great in doing whatever he could to make the deal work for us. In this particular period of car sales, where inventory is incredibly limited and availability is loaded with unknowns, it’s extra difficult at both ends, dealer and buyer – to have it all work out in a way that’s beneficial to both parties. Fast service to replace battery
I had an emergency. My battery was dead, and I needed a new one. I had no appointment, but Sang worked with me to schedule a time for me to get a replacement battery. Everything went well, and my problem was solved. Sang did a great job.
