Excellent service

Professional, courteous and efficient service. I've been bringing my Sedona van for regular service to 1st. KIA in Simi Valley for over 5 years now, and I always feel very satisfied working with them.

They take care of my car. I like there coffee selection. You just relax outside as you wait. Well I don't want to write a story of how nice it is thank you

Good service and friendly staff

I liked how they asked me questions to get specifics about my car and wanted to be accurate. I like that they call and update you and make sure you want a service done before just doing it. Everyone was kind and polite.

Great service

I brought my car in to be worked on for a recall. I drove to the service window and the man there, I think his name was Jerry, was very helpful in helping me set an appointment for later in the week. I brought my car in and he offered to wash it afterwards. I picked Jonny car as am so happy with the repair. Staff was very helpful.
