Haven't been happy about the wait time to get an oil
Haven't been happy about the wait time to get an oil change. The lifetime oil change has progressed into aweek or more wait for an appointment. You can't get it changed if you are more than 200 miles less. In montana one trip is 500 miles putting it over. And if you have to wait week ten days that can be close to a 1000 over

Very difficult to finally get to talk to a salesperson,
Very difficult to finally get to talk to a salesperson, kept changing stuff up on the purchase. Had to spend roughly an entire day haggling until we finally got back close to tge original deal. One thing we learned on our first purchase here was get 100% in writing. No promises or hand shakes. Vehicle history was not as described one I did a history search. Should have done that prior to buying.
