The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. There was an alignment issue with my new Explorer and it was resolved quickly and correctly with very little inconvenience to me. All my questions after the initial delivery, and I had many, were answered very quickly when I contacted my salesman.

My salesman was very helpful and he knew exactly what I wanted in a vehichle and made my buying a new vehichle very easy.

I purchased my 2012 Ford Focus in January of 2015 and have been so happy with it. Damian was my sales associate and he was most accommodating and I had my car ready to go within just a few days. He was so helpful with the financing that allowed my payments to be within my budget. I have had the car serviced several times for routine maintenance and State Inspection and just had it there yesterday to have a problem solved with the front passenger side window. Everyone in the Service Department was courteous and helpful. The young lady at the check-out desk was a delight to talk with. I needed a shuttle ride to work and back and Jim was my driver. He was such a nice man and we talked like we knew each other for years. He picked me up at my office after work at the time he was told to be there and not a minute late! Thanks Jim!
