Great service and great people

George Myers and Steve and Scot were excellent in their working with me to purchase this new F150. The truck was cleaned and prepped to an excellent condition.

Great Experience

I was looking at used Superduty diesels and stopped in at Bob Ruth. I had previously bought two vehicles from George Meyers. The experience was great. He took his time to show me the vehicles they had on the lot. Then we started looking at special ordering one. He went over all the options and packages. It took some time but he was very helpful in making sure I ordered the exact truck I wanted. They were also great with researching all the rebates I qualified for. When I picked up my Truck he took the time to show me the truck and answer any questions I had.

excellent experience.

The salesman was very helpful. He explained the vehicle and showed many of the features of the car. I will want this salesman if and when I am in the market to buy another vehicle.

Amazing experience!!! Couldn't ask for any better!

Rob and George did it again. This is the second car that I have leased with Bob Ruth Ford. This time, I didn't even have to "shop" for a car. I simply called and e-mailed Rob and George and together they came up with a car for me, sight unseen. Everything was handled swiftly and all I had to do was stop into the dealership, sign a few documents and drive away in my brand new Fusion. I'm so pleased with it, too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! Now, it were only that easy to buy a darn cell phone (I dread shopping for those things). Thanks to the entire Bob Ruth team!! Excellence is the best word to describe the dealership!

A Pleasure from Start to Finish...

The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. There was an alignment issue with my new Explorer and it was resolved quickly and correctly with very little inconvenience to me. All my questions after the initial delivery, and I had many, were answered very quickly when I contacted my salesman.

Excellent Service at Bob Ruth Ford

I purchased my 2012 Ford Focus in January of 2015 and have been so happy with it. Damian was my sales associate and he was most accommodating and I had my car ready to go within just a few days. He was so helpful with the financing that allowed my payments to be within my budget. I have had the car serviced several times for routine maintenance and State Inspection and just had it there yesterday to have a problem solved with the front passenger side window. Everyone in the Service Department was courteous and helpful. The young lady at the check-out desk was a delight to talk with. I needed a shuttle ride to work and back and Jim was my driver. He was such a nice man and we talked like we knew each other for years. He picked me up at my office after work at the time he was told to be there and not a minute late! Thanks Jim! I would recommend Bob Ruth Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car because the dealership and it's staff are GREAT! Thanks so much! Gail

The service was perfect,very impressed

I researched online about a 2016 focus hatchback and made an inquiry via email, and within 24 hours I was given a response and was answered on some questions I had about the vehicle. A few phone calls later I was at the dealership talking Jason Koons and Dave Galaspy both associates were very friendly and helped me get thru the vehicle purchase fast and affordable. I will bring my business back to Bob Ruth Ford and have no problem sending someone there way. Thanks again to the workers at Bob Ruth Ford in helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted.
