Brad Owen was very professional, understood the issues

Brad Owen was very professional, understood the issues and acted accordingly. I was kept updated and the car was returned when promised. All issues were successfully addressed. It was a pleasure working with him. He merits a 5. The only downside was with the valet. When I picked up the car it hadn’t been washed. When I questioned the valet he copped an attitude and said he would wash it while I waited if I insisted. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait and had to take the car as is. This is certainly not normal behavior from what I have come to expect at Auto Nation. I’m sure this is a one off, but it reflects poorly on the dealership.

Do not understand why it takes so long to talk to the

Do not understand why it takes so long to talk to the service adviser when dropping the car off for service appointment when I've listed the reason for the visit in advance on line & over the phone. My time is just as important to me as the service advisor. Will hesitate using this service again.

I purchased the car at this dealer & had all my service with them the last being a few months before this service. I had a specific problem with the car's air condition & when I made the apointment I specified the problem A work order should have been ready for me to sign when I got there 15 min before the appointment time. I did not ask or want the so called free inspection that was the service reps idea . I was not given a choice . They waisted my time as well as the person waiting for me.

Steven Janer, my service representative was very helpful, as always, in getting my cadillac serviced. He ensured all of the work to be done was explained to me prior to the work being done and because I was waiting, he kept me updated on the progress. I had a very pleasant experience at AutoNation Cadillac, in large part because of Steven Janer and the service manager Rob Lanier.
