I dont know what has happened but the customer service

I dont know what has happened but the customer service has gone down hill. Particularly with regards to the service department. I have called, left messages, and emailed the service advisor and I have yet to get a response. I will never go back to such a lack of professionalism and courtesy for a customer.

Service

Had wheel replaced on previously ordered spoked wheel. Had 8:00am appointment and was finished at 11:30. Entirely too long to change a wheel. And no Coffee available in service wait area

Service by Mark was excellent as always BUT this time my car was not washed properly. Windshield was not even done! Next time before I drive off will make sure they do as promised.
