The service advisor was excellent.

The service advisor was excellent. He took the time to sit down and explain clearly what they were checking and why, and he provided a video of the parts involved. At the end, there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and they charged me nothing, even though it took over an hour of everyone's time. Thank you for being comfortable and easy to discuss my vehicle issues with you and making me feel safe in an uncomfortable situation far from home.

This was my first service.

This was my first service. My car was taken care of promptly. Service was completed within the estimated time I was given as to how long I would have to wait. I was satisfied with the work done and the washed and clean car that was returned to me.

The service dept. employees are a great group. All very helpful, knowledgeable, and able to handle your needs. Always pleasant to go to a service dept. that is interested in your needs and not just trying to sell you something.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach

I leased my 2020 Cadillac CT5 in NY but I needed a door handle repair and my alignment checked while in West Palm Beach Florida. The AutoNAtion Cadillac dealer treated me like I was a loyal customer even though it was my first time visiting them. They even took care of a software recall that I was unaware of.

Quick and Easy

Cadillac service is always top notch. I have been coming to this facility in WPB for 9 years now and have always had the white glove treatment. The service agents are always pleasant, happy and very busy. I am always shown the issues of my vehicle and why it should have a repair through an actual video of my car and its wear and tear or the broken part and why I'm replacing it. There are times the mechanics personally come out to speak to me about my car not just my service agent. I also am aware of prices and I can see that Cadillac has prices that will not break you! Very reasonable! Everyone is very personable here and gets the job done right the first time around!

Very helpful with coordinating an emergency fuel pump

Very helpful with coordinating an emergency fuel pump control module failure replacement in my XT-4 CADY . Disappointing failure in my new car but they corrected it & made it right with roadside service. Towing & print repair.
