Truly poor experience
Communication with service consultant was abysmal?no updates, no response to messages, poor all the way around. Original issue remains unresolved and car broke down after service. No accountability and zero follow-up.

Expert service
My two year old CT5 was in for a major transmission repair. The transmission began failing a week before a long awaited road trip. Fortunately the bumper to bumper warranty covered the entire cost. Autonation Cadillac in West Palm Beach not only provided a 2023 SUV for us during the two months my car was in the repair shop, but they also arranged for a complementary rental car for us to use during our ten day, out of state road trip.

Purchased a 2010 SRX a couple of years ago.
Purchased a 2010 SRX a couple of years ago. After 4 days the transmission dropped out and it had to be towed back to the dealership. They did give me a loaner and replaced the transmission but they knew it before I purchased. I had always had a great relationship with the service manager. I thought he was great. I don't drive the car that much and after I broke my ankle I was in a wheelchair for six months, the car was started regularly but no miles added. When I finally started driving it again and around 10K miles had been put on it (in two years), the air went out and the tail gate would not open. I had purchased an Endurance extended warranty so I took it down to Brad to be repaired. After a few days (car rental at my expense), he let me know that he had been in touch with Endurance and they would have to send out an adjuster. So I waited a few more days, called again and he said that the adjuster had been there but he had not heard back from them. I called Endurance a couple of times and got transferred endlessly, the epitome of the classic run around. They told me to call the dealership. I called a couple of times and after a few more days when I spoke to service, I told him just to put it back together, that I had to come and get it. The rental car was just costing too much and I could not wait anymore. I asked him for an estimate on everything that needed to be done and it was in excess of $10,000. The car isn't even worth half of that. What a massive waste of time and money. I will NEVER, under any circumstances, deal with Auto Nation Cadillac in West Palm or Endurance warranty ever again. Used car buyers beware.

Yeh, you take care too. I have tried to call your GM not only when I was buying the car but when this was going on. NO RESPONSE. How about in the name of service which, when done correctly, IS SALES. How about you have HIM call ME. I won't hold my breath.
Buy a car...just hope it doesnt need service
Jackson my service guy is great. BUT OVERALL, their service department has a lot to be desired. I stood for 15 minutes before ANYONE even was in the office. Then to get my car...oh gosh. They need help and more then just manpower
