My family and I come to this dealership/service department for all of our vehicles. I just received excellent customer service for my XT4. The service department is always prompt and extremely helpful. Thank you to the wonderful service team for your consistency and reliability.

Service department needs some work

2nd Cadillac purchased from Autonation Cadillac took vehicle in for service as vehicle had an error code on AWD system, took over 2 weeks to repair with little to no communication I had to call and text everyday to find out if car was ready and status of repair to their credit they did provide rental, service department can never seem to locate warranty paperwork in their system even though vehicle was purchased at same location.

Outstanding customer service timely and great personnel. I have been a customer since 2016 and have kept the same service gentlemen Steven Janers thru out my previous 3 leases terms and will continue to work with him until I am unable to drive no longer.

Autonation Cadillac West Palm

I have purchased 4 Cadillacs from this location. Always come back. All cars serviced here as well. The service department is run extremely well and the people working there are always welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't have my cars serviced anywhere else!

Cadillac XT4 routine maintenance

This Service at Autonation's 45th Street location was a good experience. The reservation was by phone, and my advisor Mark Castro was waiting at 8 am as expected. The oil & filter change, fluid and system checks were completed within 45 minutes. I was on my way less than an hour after arrival. Mark was attentive and friendly.

My experience at Autio Nation Cadillac was outstanding. The salesman Steve Jarver, was outstanding and kept me abreast of everything that was being done to my vehicle. The salesman is very professional, and I enjoyed my experience at Auto Nation Cadillac.

I usually trust AutoNation maintenance with my vehicle; however I was disappointed when I went for an oil change and tire rotation I noticed the oil reset percentage was still down to 15% I had to reset it myself. I also noticed my tires air pressure was way off. Obviously they didn’t check it or finish the job completely.. This is not what I expect from Auto Nation. I would appreciate a response to this.
