This is my 3rd Lexus, 2nd with Scanlon.
This is my 3rd Lexus, 2nd with Scanlon. I doubt I will stay faithful to Lexus. The quality of the vehicles have decreased. GPS is extremely annoying and doesn't work well. The hands free option never works, no matter what we I say it rarely understands us. Seems to be more of a hazard than a safety feature. The engine is so loud and vibrates and the parking cameras seem off with my 2021. My 2021 and my 2018 both started to get an odd smell from the AC after the 2nd year. My 2015 Lexus was so smooth I could not even tell it was on. But my 2018 and 2021 are just not as smooth. Tampa Lexus would do an amazing job with cleaning my car anytime I brought it there. Scanlon Lexus car washing is pathetic. Scanlon had amazing service all around back in 2017-2019. When I got my 2nd lease from them in 2020 is was just not the same. The service rep was so kind back in 2017, but when it came time to re-lease in 2020, he was your typical salesman that didn't seem to care anymore. The day I picked up my 2021 vehicle I noticed a week later that the fluids were never topped off, the tires did not have proper pressure which was such a hassle because we were leaving town and had to drive all over the place trying to find a place that had a running tire pump. Just poor customer service. The attention to detail at Scanlon is gone. There was a huge shift in everyones attitude there. This past summer I had to call roadside for a flat tire. I waited 2 hours and no one showed up. My husband had to travel over an hour and cancel his clients for the rest of the day to help me. Scanlon Lexus didn't offer any other assistance so I had to call a third party to get the repair done, then Lexus refused to reimburse me. My sales rep didn't respond to any of my emails when I messaged him to ask for help in getting the issue resolved. He went from being this super kind and genuine person back when I had my first Lexus with Scanlon, to completely ignoring me this year. Not sure what happened but he is not the same genuine person I thought I knew. We were hit by hurricane Ian recently. When I called Lexus Financial , they would not do anything to help give a little break on making a payment. We just wanted to have a 30 day break and asked if we could put one payment at the end of the lease. I had done this back when we go hit by Irma. They allowed us to put one payment at the end of the lease with no fees or interest. But today I was told it would be a $175 fee. Not really practical for people who have lost so much and have a mountain of bills and repairs to have to pay for. We are done with Lexus. The quality of the vehicles and service has gone drastically downhill.

Great Vehicle and Customer Service at Scanlon Lexu
Loved my experience with Scanlon Lexus. The staff, and Service Department were professional, and my car was serviced correctly, in a timely manner. Keith Ullberg, Service Consultant explained what I needed to know about my vehicle, answering the questions I had. Scanlon Lexus is a 5 Star Dealership as far as servicing my vehicle, and keeping this customer satisfied.

I have had the worst experience here with this
I have had the worst experience here with this dealership. I drove 45 mins on a donut told I would have certain tires replaced and a loaner vehicle. Then was given the run around trying to do a bait and switch with another tire. Still was not informed they did not have any loaners. Communication is key and they failed miserably.

You are very right, communication is key. We can't loan out vehicles when stoplights are out and roads are still not clear after hurricane Ian. We did express this to you when confirming your appointment. We were to install tires you purchased. The tires you brought in were winter tires, so we suggested a set of Pirellis that were more suited for the vehicle. We are a family-based dealership. There is no bait and switch here.
I hate cars now. Such a bad experience.
Sold my wife a car that was obviously in a bender. They must of tried covering it up. My hood rattles all the time. Because they made my car a Frankenstein car. The wrong sized hood is on it they tried rigging it together. But it still shakes so much one day the hood will fly up the horn has never worked and there is a beeping they will t stop! I am in xxxx! It makes me hate Fords!! The bonus the screen goes out from time to time can’t see the ac or radio. This car sucks and so does this dealership. I am in sales and I know what I sell to my clients! I got ripped off and I hate cars and car buying experiences now. I have two years of xxxx with this car and I count the days till I can get a car I like. Go somewhere else!!!!

Hi Rafael, We looked at the vehicle back in April and adjusted the hood striker, the proper way to address your concern. One of the Managers has already called you directly so we can look at the vehicle again as we do care about our client's safety & satisfaction. We don't want to sound combative, but from your review we feel it should be stated your average vehicle has 30,000 parts in it. Neither you nor the dealership can vouch for all 30,000 parts, so we always suggest clients buy extended coverage to protect the vehicle in case things go wrong. We do and have done a great job inspecting vehicles and retailing cars for over forty years here in the community. We send vehicles directly to auction every month that fail our inspection process as we don't need to: sell vehicles that are "rigged together" or vehicles we need to "cover something up".

What a great dealership
We went to Scanlon Lexis of Ft. Meyers today for service on our 2022 RX-350, some how paint over spray was on the front of our car, it was NOT Scanlons fault but yet they sent our car to their detailers to remove it for us and gave us a loner car. I would like to thank Bill Smith, and Ty in service dept. wow what a great dealership.
