What a great dealership
We went to Scanlon Lexis of Ft. Meyers today for service on our 2022 RX-350, some how paint over spray was on the front of our car, it was NOT Scanlons fault but yet they sent our car to their detailers to remove it for us and gave us a loner car. I would like to thank Bill Smith, and Ty in service dept. wow what a great dealership.

If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a 2020 Jeep Rubicon a couple of months ago. Paid $63,000. My son took it to numerous car shows and it was discovered the vehicle was filled with rust. I called the dealership and they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact Jeep. Took the vehicle to Jeep on Monday for them to identify if the vehicle was rusted or corroded. Turns out it was rust and there was nothing Jeep could do for us. Service center said this was “completely normal.” I strongly disagree. Being from Minnesota it takes some serious weather to cause rust. So….. we sold it to the Jeep dealership and lost $9,000. Thanks Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers for selling rusted out vehicles and not standing behind your vehicle. Expensive lesson to learn.

Hi Wendy, We are completely transparent with our vehicles, we present a Carfax with every unit sold and take great pride in our forty year history here in Fort Myers. The claim that we sell rusted out vehicles is false: the Jeep dealer validated that. Our first note from this is almost two months after the sale. Had your dissatisfaction been brought to our attention right away we could have just refunded your money and taken the Jeep back. We don't understand why are we getting a one star review for the vehicle YOU bought, that didn't meet YOUR expectations?
