I went to our dealer in response to the tire alarm. The passenger rear tire had picked up a screw causing a loss in pressure. I was given the choice of plugging the tire from the inside or replacing it. I opted to use our Luxury Care Prepaid Maintenance Plan. A couple hours later I drove home with the new tire in place. From the time I walked in to Lexus of Fort Myers, I was greeted by very very nice people. Troy was our salesman and he was the best I have ever had. He took care of us. He answered all our questions and he was a great great salesman. Frank was the closing Member of the staff and he was excellent was excellent. Answered all our questions there again and did a fabulous job I give the dealership a five star plus rating the best I have ever been and we live in Melbourne Florida and we drove all the way there and I thank God that we did thank you Lexus in Fort Myers for making us a very, very satisfied and happy Lexus owner thank you.
