Thanks to Crown Service Advisor, Jay Waller, my experience earned a five star rating. While there were some concerns with the dropoff and pick-up process, Jay's desire and efforts to please me show that he and the Service Team are prepared and willing to go above any expectations. I was well informed in regards to the problems, the cost and timeline of the repairs. When there was a mix-up with the drop off/pick-up process, Jay and the Service Manager personally contacted me to resolve and apologize for the misteps. Clearly the hiccup was beyond anyone's intentional lapses, weather and structural concerns with the mechanical shop go way beyond the Service Department's control. Literally in less than 10 minutes of expressing my concerns, every one of them was addressed to my satisfaction. Neil Thompson, one of Crown's Service Managers personally called me twice to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you to Mr. Waller and Mr. Thompson.

Excellent salesmanship & purchase experience! MR. DREW OLESON was excellent. From day one , starting prior to the two 2024 hurricanes, I’ve been in touch with Drew Oleson . I’ve wanted to purchase a new/ newer GMC Terrain Denali and give my son and daughter in law my 2006 GMC Yukon Denali . (Excellent vehicle still). Drew Oleson has been by my side thru my post flood turmoils and he kept contacting me w vehicles . I’ve finally gotten past most post storm repairs and still needed a new vehicle. Last week Drew Oleson contacted me and I purchased my beautiful Terrain Denali! It’s a wonderful vehicle. This happens to be my/our FOURTH GMC Vehicle in 25 Years, two from Crown In St. Petersburg FL, my husbands GMC Sierrra dbl cab in Fl & my second Yukon Denali from Orlando FL. Overall, a wonderful experience w Drew Oleson and your entire Crown GMC Dealership once again. All I have to do now is continue sitting in my new Denali and read the manual.
