I called Crown Buick-GMC for an appointment for an oil
I called Crown Buick-GMC for an appointment for an oil change and spoke with Jose Castillo who gave me good advice to bring in my car by 8am on Friday March 14th. When I arrived that morning, I was warmly greeted by Jose himself and we discussed the work to be done, including oil change, changing filters and deflating tires (from 39 to standard 35). Jose and his service team discovered that I should have a tire alignment but I informed him that I have a warranty with Firestone in the Chicago area. Anyway, Crown completed the service that I requested and also washed my car. I was able to use my accumulated GM Points which saved me $170 because Jose took the time to look up my GM account. Thank you Crown Buick-GMC and Jose Castillo for a smooth and efficient process of servicing my 2020 Envision before I drive back to Chicago!

Jay Waller at Crown GMC came to the rescue again. Overnight I had received a couple of text messages from OnStar that my left front tire was low and finally around 7:30am I received a message my tire was flat. Jay did not have my correct tire in stock but was able to secure one and have it installed same day. The technician, Brian, even stayed late to get me back on the road. Many thanks to Jay & Brian, another example of why I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service needs.
