My experience with Crown Buick and employee John Grundon

My experience with Crown Buick and employee John Grundon was a very pleasant one at an unpleasant time. My car was in dire need of new tires and battery. This was done in an knowledgeable and fast time. Everything was explained so that I knew what was happening and what to expect. I would certainly recommend Crown Buick and John Grundon to family and friends. I was completely happy with both.

Great experience with Tammy Wagner and the team at Crown

Great experience with Tammy Wagner and the team at Crown Buick GMC in St Pete. 1st she helped me trade in my 2016 Chevy Silverado and was able to get me into a 2024 GMC Sierra. She also helped me find a 2023 Acadia for my wife to trade her 2019 Acadia in for. Overall great experience and highly recommended Tammy and the team at Crown Buick GMC in St Pete.

Jacquel (Jay) Waller expertly managed service and

Jacquel (Jay) Waller expertly managed service and detailing of two of our vehicles with outstanding customer service. One vehicle, a 2017 one of a kind Black Widow Pickup Truck was thoroughly inspected, to only need a battery replacement, and was detailed for only its 3 time, as we keep it in pristine condition and mostly garaged - an incredible truck. He also managed service and detailing of our 2023 Acadia AT4 which we just love! The entire service team at Crown Buick GMC is "our team". We have relationships that span years, and they continue to provide "over the top" service. We needed flexibility with scheduling due to sidewalk and driveway construction on our property and street, and Jay was right there to help us. We were able to have our vehicles serviced while all concrete cured. Time and time again, "our team" provides Gold Star customer service! Thank you all! Tammy Wagner was wonderful to work with! She is well informed and very personable and competent. A real pleasure. The first vehicle I chose ended up with a no-sale recall, so she found a better different vehicle. Perfect!
