Jose Castillo was professional, thorough, and helpful. He kept me informed about the progress of the service on my vehicle and ensured that the service appointment was completed as quickly as possible. He consistently consults with me regarding expected service items that will be needed in the future, and promptly gathers information to respond to my questions. He always makes sure my car is washed and clean upon completion of the service. He is pleasant and polite, and it is a pleasure to work with him.

Thank you Jose Castlillo for your immediate assistance. My H3 would not start and the key would not release from the ignition. After having her towed to Crown, Jose and his team determined it was the battery even though a jumpstart did not work and it was not that old. In fact, after further research into my file, Jose found that the battery was still under warranty. I have been with Buick/GMC since day one for ALL care/upkeep of my 2006 H3 and yet again y’all have proven that loyalty/ building a solid relationship with your maintenance team is well worth it! the car was worked on upon arrival and the service

the car was worked on upon arrival and the service technician explained to me the problem with the driver seat. The part to fix the problem is no longer made by GM and none are in stock, so the technician had to improvise a fix for the problem.
