John Grundon at GMC was amazing! He was so helpful and accommodating. I came in, without an appointment and he got me in for an oil change and was so kind and helped me get a ride and everything done quickly. I really appreciate how nice he was!

Boris Cehic was my sales representative, and he provided an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish. I initially reached out regarding a Yukon that was in transit, and he immediately followed up with thorough communication and attention to detail. Since I live in Tampa and work as a teacher, I was unable to travel to St. Petersburg to review financing and other details in person. Boris went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was handled efficiently and that I was kept fully informed throughout the process. When the vehicle arrived earlier than expected, I completed the purchase in St. Petersburg. It was a pleasure to finally meet Boris in person after experiencing such a high level of professionalism and customer care remotely. This has truly been the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
