Last visit to this dealership. They left parts off and were rude over the phone. Went to dealership on Memorial. They repaired bob moore screw up and washed vehicle. Will return there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! So much for...

I would not recommend this place to anyone! So much for the "fixed" windshield. Every chip is still there after being promised they would be fixed. Don't promise something if you know it's something you can't handle. That's ridiculous.

When I brought my Expedition in for a recall I was...

When I brought my Expedition in for a recall I was greeted promptly and given a ride home. I called service later in the day and was told that the technician was still working to finish the repairs. I was called a little while later and told my Expedition was ready for me to pick it up. Everyone was great in keeping me informed and when I picked it up everything went very smooth. Thank you for the great service.
