This is one of the rare service departments where you know you can trust the techs to look out for you. Jeff Gann was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely return to this service department if I need any future repairs.

Dusty took good care of us even though we had to bring...

Dusty took good care of us even though we had to bring our vehicle back 4 times because of a down system at Ford. Frustrating, but Dusty was professional at least!

Kyle was a great salesperson.

Even though Kyle did a great job, your “signing of documents” for the entire process is totally ridiculous. I signed my name over 50 times as did my wife. 100 total

Took my truck in for a recall notice

The recall only required a software update. Jeff took care of the update, looked the truck over and made 2 recommendations for repair. I chose not to have the repairs completed at this time.

Great Service on My 2012 F-150

I took my out of warranty pickup into Josh at the service department to have a Ford Safety Recall completed. While my pickup was in the shop, Josh had the truck checked for other recalls and even resolved an issue with the transmission of which I was unaware.
