Great service
Got "The Works" and waited less than 1.5 hours in the beautiful lounge area. Service Consultant was Jarrin Black and kept me informed on the progress of the service. Even received a complimentary car wash which is rare in the winter. A fantastic place for servicing my Ford F-150.

Purchasing my Ford Maverick was worth the wait.
I recently purchased my 2022 Ford Maverick which I had special ordered from Hoffman Ford. Although I had to wait many months to get the Maverick built and delivered, the experience at Hoffman was great. Dave Jimison, my sales consultant was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The purchase process was quick and easy once the vehicle arrived. I am extremely pleased with my truck and Hoffman Ford.

Great Experience!
I purchased a new Ranger from Hoffman Ford approx. a week ago, a very first-rate experience thanks to their sales consultant Dave Jimison and some others there who were also helpful. They know the products they represent very well and are quite knowledgeable. Very nice facility too and the lot is well lit, which is great in the winter months if you want to car shop after work. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Ford and Dave, if anyone is looking for a new car/SUV or pick-up truck!

Excellent customer service
Hoffman Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle, we ordered a truck and during the whole process our salesman, Joe Latshaw keep us informed as to when the vehicle would arrive. Everyone we came in contact with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend dealing with Hoffman Ford.

Took car in for inspection and was contacted very promptly what was needed and the car was ready for pick up late morning. I have been taking my car to Hoffman for years and have always had excellent service. Jarrin Black assisted me with this visit. Thank you!

Had yearly inspection done. Dropped off in the morning and all work was done same day as promised. Got call outlining work recommended and/or needed. All interactions with staff were pleasant, efficient and professional. Discounts were applied correctly to the bill and the overall experience was very good. Service Consultant was Jarrin Black

1 year with out a car with no help from Hoffman f
In my heart I can not give a good review my car is only 5 years old I got it new I've had so many problems with this car but the worse has come I had to have my car towed to hoffman ford thay told me the part I need on my car would take a YEAR to come it had to be ordered I'm still paying on my car i' retired on a fixed income never owned a Ford i put my trust in Ford this car would have been my last car I am so down hearted and disappointed in Hoffman ford because thay could not or would not give me a loner car so I'm with out a car for a year because thay can't get the part for my car their solution try to fine a used part and auction it off I like my car and I want it fixed not sold I wonder if the HOFFMANS know what's going on or if thay even care what going on in their dealership any way I got no help or reasonable salutation to this problem I'm between a rock and a hard place will I hear from any one I really doubt it my first ford car what a big disappointment
