Hoffman Ford

After 1 week of my new 2023 Explorer, I'm really excited.  Lots of people have seen it and loved it.  On ordering this beauty, Ben gave us all the options we could pick from and also noted all the add ons we wanted.  This is our 4th Explorer from Hoffman, and we like this one the best.   Your service department took good care of those other 3 cars, and we know we can depend on them in the future.  Mr Meyers introduced us to Hoffman Ford back in 2014

I needed an inspection and they were able to get me in quickly, communicated effectively and treated me respectfully. Every step of the process is well thought out and flows easily for the customer. From the drop off (envelopes and pens and a well lit lot) to the separate area to pay it just makes sense. This was my first experience with Hoffman and I will be back!

Jarrin Black was great to work with during my service appointment. He and the entire staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Nice experience from check in to check out.

Phenomenal experience- there was no aggressive tactics. I preordered what I wanted, they got me the best APR they could get, and I was out on the road with my beautiful new 2023 Bronco.
