Hoffman Ford

Had yearly inspection done. Dropped off in the morning and all work was done same day as promised. Got call outlining work recommended and/or needed. All interactions with staff were pleasant, efficient and professional. Discounts were applied correctly to the bill and the overall experience was very good. Service Consultant was Jarrin Black

In my heart I can not give a good review my car is only 5 years old I got it new I've had so many problems with this car but the worse has come I had to have my car towed to hoffman ford thay told me the part I need on my car would take a YEAR to come it had to be ordered I'm still paying on my car i' retired on a fixed income never owned a Ford i put my trust in Ford this car would have been my last car I am so down hearted and disappointed in Hoffman ford because thay could not or would not give me a loner car so I'm with out a car for a year because thay can't get the part for my car their solution try to fine a used part and auction it off I like my car and I want it fixed not sold I wonder if the HOFFMANS know what's going on or if thay even care what going on in their dealership any way I got no help or reasonable salutation to this problem I'm between a rock and a hard place will I hear from any one I really doubt it my first ford car what a big disappointment

Amazing experience with the Hoffman Ford Service Department. They worked directly with my warranty provider so I wouldn’t have to. They fixed my vehicle quickly and repaired it perfectly. Krystal explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful. She was great. I am going to be bringing my vehicle to Hoffman Ford for all my future maintenance and repair.

I had my 2016 Ford Focus brought in to have its backup camera diagnosed, replaced and to have a computer issue addressed. My vehicle is still under warranty. Krystal and the team at Hoffman Ford dealt directly with my warranty provider and made everything incredibly easy and convenient. They did an amazing job fixing my car. I will be bringing my vehicle to them for all my maintenance and repairs.

Service was great. I had a scheduled appointment to wait and was taken in exactly on time. Service was quick. Jarrin Black was courteous and had me ready to go in no time. Awesome service department.

I took my Ford Ranger to Hoffman Ford for an air bag recall and after the service technician completed the service he called the service desk and told the Service Advisor Jarrin Black that he didn’t want to put my vehicle outside because it was raining and the vehicle was super clean. Jarrin found a place inside to park my vehicle until I picked it up. This showed both Hoffman employees cared about their customer’s vehicles and it was very much appreciated by me.

I used their valet service. It was excellent Jarrin Black was my service consultant. My explorer was in for inspection and they were very informative and besides great service they did a free car wash.

He was helpful, friendly, and willing to assist any way he could. We were able to purchase a used car at a very fair price.
