Was charged a hold on my credit card which was not
Was charged a hold on my credit card which was not applied to my vehicle purchases and still have yet to receive a refund. Was charged first months car payment on one of my purchases after I put 5k down, after the transaction was completed. That payment was then never applied or credited back to me and when I questioned it because I paid that same 1st months payment to Jeep 1 week after receiving my car Sal told me don't tell me how to do my job I don't tell you how to do yours then all of a sudden when he looked into it not taking my word at face value said this never happens but still have yet to get that credit back. Cesar was a nice guy but sold me on a truck missing equipment I wanted, told me he would take care of me on aftermarket parts gave me a fair price but then told me I had to install it myself but would get back to me on the Monday after my purchase to to what he can do which is now a month later and still no call no resolution. Bought 150k of cars, owners son was a gentlemen but finance mangers are arrogant and need a lesson in customer service. All and all disappointing experience for a small family style dealership.

I brought a 2022 jeep in for a tuneup and got it back leaking oil all over my driveway and a check oil pressure alert. Sucks!!!!

After looking into the situation, we discovered that the issue was caused by the oil cap not being properly rechecked after the oil change, which led to the leak and the oil pressure alert. This was an oversight on our part, and we take full responsibility. As soon as we were made aware, we went to your home to return the vehicle and clean up the oil on your driveway. While we’re glad we could respond quickly, we know this situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We truly value your business and appreciate your patience. Matt said he would call me back - he did not - called and
Matt said he would call me back - he did not - called and they said he would call me as he wasn’t available - never did.. my other jeep had clutch recall and they said they would call me with a loaner car - never did - so did it without loaner - I guess buying all my vehicles from here doesn’t rate. Recall preformed on my 4x4e (yes I have two jeeps purchased recently) from you) now check engine light on - throwing code P0E15 - after two days. Now I have to reschedule time to get this fixed -

I purchased a Jeep from them.
I purchased a Jeep from them. Buying process was easy but they did surprise me with a $525 fee to process the license plate transfer from previous vehicle to the new vehicle. I live in PA and they said this was the outside company fee. They ended up sending my registration 3 days before the temporary tag expired. This required me to scramble to get the car inspection and emissions. They also sent the paperwork to my old address and I gave them my new address when I purchased the vehicle. All of the paperwork was done with my new address but they managed to send the registration to my old address. This required me to go pick it up myself. No help from the dealership and no apologize for my inconvenience. Long story short, once I bought the car they didn't go out of their way to do anything for me. Not good customer service and would not buy another vehicle from them. Little things matter.
