Enjoying our Cruze

We were very pleased that we were able to buy the Cruze for about the same as we did our 2009 Malibu. Everything went smoothly.

Average at best

The buying experience was ok. Josh was very friendly. They were a little slow and left us waiting for a long period of time while not telling us what was going on. The vehicle was very clean and in good shape, although missing the front plate bracket, which they remedied within a couple days. They use the term "local one owner" rather loosely. Service Dept is horrible, don't ever take a car there for repairs.

No post-sale customer service

Dealing with them prior to the sale was great, but after the sale there were some minor issues with the vehicle as delivered. I tried repeatedly to contact Josh and Kyle via e-mail and telephone, but neither one ever bothered to respond. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I am Chad, one of the owners at Vaughn Automotive. After hearing about this customer experience I contact him wanting to resolve the issues at hand. During this process the customer and I came to an agreement getting both of his issues resolved. The resolution should have been much more timely. Our staff has been instructed to resolve customer concerns in a more customer friendly, timely and efficient manner. We don't anticipate this happening again. Dealing with them prior to the sale was great, but after the sale there were some minor issues with the vehicle as delivered. Revision...Approximately 3 months after the sale, the owner contacted me to resolve the issues. Follow-up service and communications have been great.
