Matt and the whole team were very helpful on my new truck purchase. I bought from out of state and they handled all the details, effortless experience!

What a joke

Dealership and service is absolute garbage… had a recall appointment scheduled and was told it would be a 20 min thing turned into 2 hours because it was lunch hour no one was there to get me in great scheduling and unprofessional help

Vaughn Automotive

They were the only dealership that had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock and their prices were the lowest I had seen in the 4 state region I searched. I?m really enjoying my 2022 Buick Envision and would recommend anyone to check them out.

A few years ago I was looking at purchasing a vehicle

A few years ago I was looking at purchasing a vehicle from Vaughn's. The salesman said the vehicle history was clean. I checked for myself and it had (2) previous claims, one claim was major damage and only a couple thousand dollars from being totaled. I purchased something elsewhere. I have recently been looking to purchase another vehicle and thought I would give them another chance. They do not return phone calls or messages. It took days for a salesman to call me back. I told him exactly what i was looking for and to let me know if something comes in. A week later the exact vehicle is now on their website. I left messages again and I have heard nothing back. I will not be contacting again. So much for buying local, I tried!

Excellent Dealership!

Excellent salesman, Matt! He made sure we were happy with our purchase and went over everything on the pickup with us. Chad VanNess, went above and beyond to make sure our pickup was perfect for us! We have bought several vehicles from Vaughn 's!

Unable to find keys to drive but truck got hidden

Called ahead to set up time to look at a truck they said it was available and no deposits on it. I said I’d be there in 45 minutes and I was. The truck was there looked it over. Went in to talk to salesman and get keys. Waited 45 minutes he couldn’t find keys anywhere. Walked back out someone had moved truck to the back where was barely visible. Told the salesman and he said he call if he could find the keys and he was sorry. It wasn’t his fault but how you let your dealership operate this way is beyond me. Horrible experience will not go back.

Bad service

Been waiting a week on my sonic The macanic Jesus is rude no explanation when you ask he's rude. Just want a loner cost of renting is costly. Management needs review of how customers are treated
