I ordered a 2023 Plug in Hybrid Kia Sportage Oct 2022. I had to make $1000 non-refundable deposit. It is a model not kept in stock. I checked with other dealers and their pricing to order the car was outrageous. They required a $2500 non-refundable deposit. I worked with Kevin and the price he quoted me for the premium vehicle was delivered May 2023. He kept me posted throughout the 7-month period. The pricing did not change for the vehicle, but the additional fees I was told by Finance person, that were required by Hyundai USA such as LoJack, interior upholstery protection and exterior paint protection increased cost by an additional 1700. I was told it was not optional. I was not told to schedule to have these additional services done. When I contacted Hyundai USA, they said they do not require these services. I do enjoy my vehicle especially given it is a hard vehicle to come by and salesperson was great to work with. However, I do not appreciate the lack of transparency with the additional costs. Check for this in advance of final purchase.

Be prepared to pay over sticker price
Purchase process was quick and efficient but very disappointed the dealership charges prices over the sticker price. Inventory is low, so dealership feels they can gouge customers.

Bought a car thru this dealership.
Bought a car thru this dealership. We were financed, and had signed all paperwork. When we were turning in our “trade in”, finance guy instantly says oh we put in the wrong mileage for your vehicle so it’s going to cost you more. We told finance guy we had discussed mileage with 2 associates and had said it was 117k. We never told them it only had 17k miles on it. He responded with well our guy messed up but you gotta understand where I’m coming from. We refused to pay more so they canceled the contract saying we were unable to get financing, total crap with our 840 credit score. The dealership employees never even apologized. We wasted three hours there and had our credit pulled for nothing. I would steer clear of this dealership!

Blake Stevens truly helped us get into a newer 2018
Blake Stevens truly helped us get into a newer 2018 sportage, after mine broke down outside of Yremerton, Utah. We are from Oregon and stranded. Wasatchftont kua is going to try to repair the 2015,. We are a family of 4 and had no way back to Oregon. We could not stay until car could be fixed. Blake Steven's and Wasatchfront are very spectacular in our opinion .

This dealership is gouging on their prices and charging more than MSRP on the Telluride. Its too bad that they treat the public this way. We will remember when the market levels out.

Went in to get a key fob programmed to my car and they
Went in to get a key fob programmed to my car and they said it would take an hour. Really shouldn’t take 10 min. After 10 min I was told they could not prohibit but noticed a recall for box sensor that they were taking care of. Didn’t ask me first. 30 min later they said that they were having issue programming the new sensor hand have to do it manually. 30 min later still no word except that they still had to charge me $60 bucks for the 10 min attempt to reprogram my key fob. All this not cool. Thought they would comp me the attempt on my key fob for the 1.5 hour job they decided to do on my box sensor. Hope that don’t come back to bite me when o drive off. Go somewhere that has quality tech’s. Should have went down to a real dealer.

Service department
The price of the work and the service is amazing. This is my first time owning a car with a gdi engine. Confused on why the fuel system clean is a big deal. The service employee explained the difference between a normal fuel injection and why it is important. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain and extend the life of my 2.0 liter gdi engine. It's the "soul" of my car.

Took my 2019 Forte in for oil change, tire rotation and...
Took my 2019 Forte in for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. The car has approximately 12,000 miles. They had the car in and out in less than 30 minutes. As I drove off, turned westbound on Riverdale Rd the left front was making a bad noise and shimmy. I pulled it over at the first opening and got out to see what was up. The front wheel was missing a lug and it was apparent the four others were loose too. I called the shop and they sent a mechanic over and he replaced the missing lug and tightened the other four. I asked him to please check the other three, the right rear was loose too. The left side was good. I drove the car back to the service department and asked them to pull all four wheels off and inspect closely, which they did, in front of me. They reinstalled the four wheels and were very apologetic. The Service Manager on duty watched everything and when finished I asked to talk to him privately. He immediately comped my $75 dollar service, but that was it. I told him in a polite manner what the consequences could have been if I had taken the car to the speed limit upon exiting the dealership; one or two wheel come off causing extensive damage to the brakes rotors, body, not to mention what could have happened to me or the potential driver in oncoming traffic, in other words this could have been catastrophic and possibly deadly. Did I mention I was comped $75. Thanks KIA. By pulling over immediately I most likely saved you thousands of dollars if not more had the worst happened. Like I said, everyone was apologetic and listened to me, but it wasn't enough. Word to the wise, when you have any type of inspection or tires removed please give it another look before driving off. One star in this instance is generous as well.
