Took my 2019 Forte in for oil change, tire rotation and...

Took my 2019 Forte in for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. The car has approximately 12,000 miles. They had the car in and out in less than 30 minutes. As I drove off, turned westbound on Riverdale Rd the left front was making a bad noise and shimmy. I pulled it over at the first opening and got out to see what was up. The front wheel was missing a lug and it was apparent the four others were loose too. I called the shop and they sent a mechanic over and he replaced the missing lug and tightened the other four. I asked him to please check the other three, the right rear was loose too. The left side was good. I drove the car back to the service department and asked them to pull all four wheels off and inspect closely, which they did, in front of me. They reinstalled the four wheels and were very apologetic. The Service Manager on duty watched everything and when finished I asked to talk to him privately. He immediately comped my $75 dollar service, but that was it. I told him in a polite manner what the consequences could have been if I had taken the car to the speed limit upon exiting the dealership; one or two wheel come off causing extensive damage to the brakes rotors, body, not to mention what could have happened to me or the potential driver in oncoming traffic, in other words this could have been catastrophic and possibly deadly. Did I mention I was comped $75. Thanks KIA. By pulling over immediately I most likely saved you thousands of dollars if not more had the worst happened. Like I said, everyone was apologetic and listened to me, but it wasn't enough. Word to the wise, when you have any type of inspection or tires removed please give it another look before driving off. One star in this instance is generous as well.

Our Family has purchased 12 cars from Wasatch Front Kia....

Our Family has purchased 12 cars from Wasatch Front Kia. We recently ran into a Family situation with our son's Forte' Brandon and Javier took very good care of us. Not only were we NOT upside-down, my husband and I drove a 2022 Stinger, GT2 off the lot. MY DREAM CAR! THANK YOU BRANDON AND JAVIER!

Useless mechanics. I took the car there which is still...

Useless mechanics. I took the car there which is still under guarantee for a noise it has in the steering wheel and is getting worse with time. They checked in front of me and they actually said it has a noise, but after 2 days they call me back and they say they can't find the source of the noise. Now that speaks a lot about how good their mechanics are. They didn't do anything to the car, or just didn't wanted to fix it because is under guarantee. But they charged me $80 for just having it parked 2 days in their parking lot. But if something happens to me or my family while driving that car and we are involved in an accident, they will hear from me again and they will not like it at all.

1 Star customer service is being generous! A 2018 Kia...

1 Star customer service is being generous! A 2018 Kia Stinger GT1 caught our attention parked out front. The sales gentleman was nice enough although we later found out he told us some lies about the car. We test drove the Stinger GT1 and became fairly quickly impressed with it! We were not familiar with the car and so we did a little internet recon. Upon looking online we found it was a great car and that there was the exact same car 1 hour away with 18,000 less miles listed for $2,000 less. We pointed it out and we were immediately told by the sales manager if we had the gas money to get there to go get it (okay buddy). Shocked and disappointed we did leave and drive the 1 hour to Doug smith Kia in American Fork, UT where we received excellent customer service. We proceeded to buy not the 2018 GT1 with 18,000 less miles but a 2022 model with only 25 miles! The tone and the attitude at Wasatch Kia in Riverdale, UT was rude and basically can't be bothered. If we could not find a middle ground on the car we were certainly ready to look at other options. I have never been dismissed or insulted in this way in any dealership before. The manager told us there was a Grand Canyon between us and apparently the price of the car?!... there is a Grand Canyon between the manager and common decency. We will never return there and certainly will not be using them for future service on our new 2022 Stinger GT1!

Customer service 0 stars!!

Great service department

I always take my car here for oil changes and repairs. GREAT service staff. My car is done in a timely matter. I love how I always leave with a clean washed car.

Buying a new car again

I have always gone to Wasatch Kia and have always been taken care of! I had a great salesman and one service guy has always been amazing
