The folks at Napleton were easy to deal with. Very efficient and knowledgeable. A good experience for both of us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Making an appointment was easy, bringing my car in for service was flawless, getting my car after service was completed was satisfactory. No hassles, service personnel were polite and mechanic was efficient in his work.

The guys at Napleton Mercedes are always great! Thorough and swift service, and I absolutely love the brand new show room! I felt like I bought a new car, instead of having my used one serviced!!

The facility is very clean and the service department does what they can to provide additional savings on scheduled maintenance. Even though I booked my appointment three weeks in advance and requested that a loaner car be provided since the work was going to take most of the day, when I arrived they informed me that there were not loaner cars. They offered to reschedule or they could give me a ride home. I was more than happy to take them up on the offer of a ride home to Valparaiso and the gentleman that drove me home was absolutely delightful. They returned my car the next morning to my home all washed and ready to go. This turned out to be a better option since I did not have to return the loaner when my car was done. Thank you Napleton for the ride home and the car delivery.
