Tony, Matt, Mike and Tracy were all so helpful. Tony greeted me and was warm and welcoming. Matt, my sales guy was cool and informative. Mike and Tracy worked together to get me a great deal on my 2020 XC-40 R design. I got the exact car I’ve wanted the past two years. I was in and out within 2 hours. You guys have a great team and I appreciate you guys!

Great Experience!!

My salesman Vince Fiore was great! He Took time to go over every detail of the vehicle. I appreciate his time and patience. It didn’t feel like other car dealerships. Hats off!!

Overall attention to detail in the service seems good....

Overall attention to detail in the service seems good. Customer experience seems a bit more hit or miss. On my first visit for service, I would say that service was exceptional (Other than the long wait for the loaner car to be made ready). My most recent visit. Vehicle service was exceptional. Attention to customer experience, was not good. upon dropping off my vehicle, I had already been given the expectation that no loaner was available, so that was fine. I was told that someone would be able to shuttle me home in 5 min. An hour later as I was coming up on a meeting, I still was waiting in the show room, needing to jump on a call there and cope with the distractions. After asking again, I was told someone would be back in about 20 min. 2hr later, I made it home, much later than I had expected. I had asked that they just drop the car off at my house. This went well with 1 exception. The person delivering the vehicle had left his empty drinks in my vehicle rather than either taking them with him, or asking if he could dispose of them.

New customer but they made me feel like I'd been there for years!! Took care of all my asks, and were the most responsive MB team I've dealt with EVER!!! Made my next service appointment already!

Very disappointed lack of transparency.

Truly disappointed in overall attention to detail through the buying process and communication along the way. Would not recommend nor would I purchase from this dealer again.

Lack of communication, transparency and genuine care was...

Lack of communication, transparency and genuine care was concern. No attention to the details for the buyer and their only priority was selling the car. Buying a car is a process. Buying anything that is an investment is about the experience. That experience involves the people you deal with each step of the way. Simply put, Napleton Schereville lacked the integrity and care for customer I was expecting. I recently leased a Volvo from them and was disappointed in the lack of care through the process. Overall, truly disappointed in lack of communication, transparency and attention to detail. Wish I would have simply bought elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and buy from another dealership that puts the client first...not just the sale of a car.
