    I would like recognize one service employee member in particular and that person is Kristen who sets up the service appointments. Back in 2013 when I purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox, Kirsten was the first person I spoke with to arrange for my vehicle's initial oil change and ever since that very first visit up to my most recent visit on 4/16/16 Kirsten has provided me with EXCELLENT customer service! She has always been very courteous and pleasant each time I have made an appointment and when I come in for that service work she cheerfully greets me and asks me if I have any concerns or issues with the vehicle, makes sure that anything I need done is taken care of as quickly as possible and always makes me feel welcome and satisfied with my service experience! It has been my personal experience that more often than not the kind of customer service I receive these days is lacking and non professional and seems not to be important to both the customer service personnel and the companies they work for! That is why I am so appreciative to Kirsten for providing me with the kind of customer service I expect and am happy to acknowledge! I hope Herb Chambers recognizes what a fine job she is doing and knows that it is because of employees like Kirsten that make my visits as a customer most enjoyable and will prompt me to recommend Herb Chambers in Danvers to family and friends and continue to business with myself!     I have never had a good experience with this dealership in the past and my experience today was not any different. I did recently attempt to buy the 16' ZR1 online and made them an offer through their online service along with details on my trade, I was sent a generic emails from Deena D'Andrea with no response to my offer to get a deal in motion. After a few follow up on my end I finally got a response back that my trade wasn't worth their time and thank you for considering Herb Chambers during your vehicle search. That was it... Not even a phone call, or attempt to close a deal on a $100k car. Once again, this dealership does not care in the least or want my business, so with that said I give up on ever dealing with them in the future. Evident this young internet manager could care less on a Sunday not knowing I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Herb Chambers over the years. Evident they DO NOT know how to run an online business, not everyone goes into the dealership to play games to buy a car these days. Dealers like this should visit high-end dealers to learn from them and how to communicate. Respectfully yours, someone who buys a lot of cars, but not from you today.

    Corey S made getting my new lease a easy & relaxing process. I told him what i would like vs what I needed and he found one with everything I asked for, as well as in my price range. I felt comfortable working with Corey S, Corey U and Bobby because they didn't pressure me into anything. Corey S even went out of his way to pick up my new car from my work to have the remote start installed! Not many , if any, salesman would offer to do that on their own.     I has my car there for a new transmission, covered under extended warranty. The entire job took a month and a half, a loaner car is included in my warranty HC left me holding the bag for 3 days of rental ($152) because the company wouldn't approve the days their mechanic was on vacation.

    Corey demonstrated his own remote start and touted what a great feature it is that comes with OnStar. They did not take us back out to the Malibu we just test drove to show us exactly where it was on that car. When we finalized the deal and went to pick up the car, Rhalder was going over the features. When we asked about where the remote start button was, Rhalder said this car didn't have it. When we said we were told it came with it, he didn't offer to clarify, but I realize he may have been in an awkward situation, as he had 0 to do with the sale a few days prior. I went in to speak to Corey, but he was intently in a conversation, didn't see or acknowledge me standing there, and I didn't want to wait. I have only driven the car to work and home (2 mi. each way) for 2 days now, and we just noted a scratch over 1 taillight on the side. Wish I'd seen this at the dealership, as it's about 1" long x 1/8" deep, and painted in .....I know it was there but I missed it on pick up day. As the car is leased, now I'm afraid I'll be held responsible. This should have been seen by me, or pointed out by them and listed on the lease as pre-existing. Or I should have been offered another car without the scratch. On the + side, Bobby was quite efficient as the financial closer: fast, true to his word, and everything done correctly. Although I like the car itself, I'm maybe having 2nd thoughts that I should have stuck with the Sonata deal I had lined up before checking Chevy.

    They lied from the begging about everything. Be careful ! They talked me into getting the Extended service warranty which included scratches and small dents when I went back for oil change They said I did not have that option. An oil change took over 2 hours they said it was normal, they were short handed and do I want a job. I did not want to hear that. Even in the beginning the salesman was new and didn't know what he was doing .I had to request somebody else. Then they messed up My registration. Very unprofessional place. Be careful there to be ripped off. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!
