I worked with Chad Wickert and John Foltz to purchase my Certified Pre-Owned Ford F150. I am a very thorough consumer and took a great deal of time to make a decision about my new vehicle purchase. Chad and John were patient throughout the process and helped provide me information needed to arrive at the decision I was comfortable and confident in. The Grinwald team seems to be very family oriented. I will absolutely be working with the Grinwald team for my future vehicle needs. This was my first time purchasing a car and I was SOOO NERVOUS. I kept putting it off because I thought it was going to be such a stressful experience. Bill and John made me feel so comfortable because of their friendliness and their patience. My sister bought her truck here a couple years ago and worked with these gentleman as well and we both have nothing but great things to say. I brought my wife’s 2017 SHO for oil and filters. Talked with the service manger about tires for my Boss 302. With minutes I had various prices of different brands that were very comparable to online prices. We ordered a set and by the time I had a cup of coffee my oil change was finished. I’ll miss Grinwald Ford as we’re moving the end of August. Never a bad job on any of my cars.

I was able to trade in my 2001 Ford Ranger for a purchase on a 2015 Ford F150. My Ford F150 is in excellent condition and passed my inspection for driving on the Wisconsin roads. I am able to move the vehicle feeling safe. My new license plate registration and insurance put me on the right side of the DMV again. I was relieved to be approved for a loan. I have been enjoying some features: aluminum, V8, 6 speed .. etc. Towing, Hauling information. Top speed videos 105 mph. Appreciation.

My experience at Grinwald Ford was awesome! Chad was able to locate a truck on the ground to suit my needs and made the trade happen. The service crew was able to swap my custom bumper around. And John, the business manager, got all the financing paperwork taken care of.
