Overall Good Experience

Against my first instinct, I have Nimnicht a chance, even though it was an hour and a half drive. Originally I thought I had made a mistake as I had scheduled a test drive for a used car, and when I showed up, on time, the car was not there. It was used and after researching, Nimnicht sent it to auction. Obviously frustrated, the dealership said they could get the vehicle back in stock, and would make it up to me. While I did have several frustrating conversations with some of the management team there, the salesperson and finance team were able to make it worth my time and I feel as though all of the issues were appropriately taken care of. Although it has only been a week, if there vehicle continues to function as it currently is, Nimnicht GMC has a customer for life! It pays off to fix your mistakes, and it's nice that a car dealership somewhere actually understands this!

Great Experience at Nimnicht Buick

Wow - my wife and I are very pleased with the purchase of our new Buick LaCrosse from Nimnicht Buick. We are usually apprehensive of pushy car salesmen but immediately after meeting Justin Dwight, he set our mind at ease and was not pushy at all. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and kind from our initial introduction through the entire car purchase process. He is very thorough and knowledgeable on the vehicles we considered, he was very supportive during our multiple test drives, and then stayed late many nights in a row to help us through the entire car purchase. If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend that you ask for Justin Dwight when you visit Nimnicht Buick as he has excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond throughout the entire car buying experience. Justin - thank you for a job well done and we look forward to a long lasting relationship at Nimnicht Buick.

Car owner

Took in Pontiac Montana to service rear door not operating properly. After paying over $1,000 it still was not correct and I got locked in car at home. Service tech mentioned how old car is several times (12 yrs). Second visit they did nothing because they could not duplicate problem. Apparently they are not interested in servicing Pontiacs even though they are a certified Pontiac service dealer. Also other personnel cannot spell names, couldn't find paperwork etc. Poor, poor service.

Be careful they tell you things they do not follow up on. I really do like my Envision just not the dealer or salesman.
