Horrible Experience!
My husband and I traveled from Georgia to Jacksonville, FL, to shop for vehicles. We were quite interested in a pre-owned BMW SUV at Nimnicht Buick GMC (it was our number one choice). My husband called Nimnicht Buick GMC and spoke with the woman who answered the phone via speakerphone. He told her the vehicle we wanted to see and asked it if was there. She asked us to hold while she spoke with her manager, Gus. She then came back on the line and told us that she knew exactly the vehicle we were talking about, and she confirmed that we could see it when we arrived. We told her we would be there shortly, and she told us to ask for Gus. We arrived at the dealership about 20 minutes after the phone call. The first person we spoke with, a salesperson, said another salesperson sold the car, but the buyers' financing fell through and it was available again. We asked to see Gus, and Gus and the salesman went to find the vehicle. When they returned, they said we could not see the SUV because it was being worked on. Gus said it was on the rack and the mechanic couldn't even give him a time we should return that day. We explained that we came down from Georgia, and I asked Gus if they could bring the vehicle down for us to see it. He said no, something was wrong with it, and it was in pieces (hmm . . so who was dishonest --the woman who answered the phone or the manager? or are they just that incompetent at this dealership?). We told Gus about the phone call: the woman's assurance that we could see the SUV if we drove there and her statement that she spoke to him about it. Gus denied that anyone talked to him about the vehicle (so again, is it dishonesty or carelessness and disrespect for others' time?). We were upset at the wasted time and apparent complete disregard on the part Gus and his salespeople for giving accurate information or honoring what an employee told customers. So, what was the real deal with this vehicle? Did an agreement fall through due to a buyer's financing or did a problem with the vehicle force its removal from the lot? Did the woman on the phone make up the story about speaking to Gus, or was Gus trying to cover up his error? Whatever happened, let me tell you what didn't happen. Neither Gus nor the salesperson ever apologized. Not even a simple "We're sorry for the mistake." Steer clear of this dealership!!!

Hello Mrs. Turner, The 2013 BMW you and your husband were interested in was in fact here and up on the lift when you arrived to view it. Sara, the young lady that you spoke with, was correct the BMW was back at the dealership but she was unaware of the issues with the BMW. Every employee does not know the status of vehicles that are being worked on. The BMW in question had/has a bad engine in it after we replaced the original. Gus was unaware of the status because upper management had not made a decision on whether we were going to replace the engine again or send it to the auction. In fact the BMW is being sent to auction today. There were no games or dishonesty , simply people trying do their work to the best of their ability. We have been in business for 80 years and we are proud of the work we put forth on a daily basis. I apologize the BMW was not ready to be shown or driven but we did not wish to pass on the problems that persisted. Great experience
Very smooth and comfortable buying experience. Austin was extremely polite and helpful. I had a very busy schedule that week, the buying process was quick, they worked a good deal and had everything ready before I arrived.

Our overall experience was between fantastic and great! I was disappointed that I was told the vehicle was Sirius XM equipped, when it wasn’t. I contacted Jared when I got home about the issue. I was told he would check with the managers, see what they could do. Never heard another word, even though I was willing to pay for the upgrade!

I recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville, and I was really a little worried since, for the first time in 16 years, I had to find another GMC dealer, who would give me the same or better service to Vera Cadillac. And definitely, Drew treated me so well that I forgot my concern, made me feel at home, very helpful, he explained everything my terrain needed. And it is definitely a place to return to.
