Non-Disclosure on purchase

I bought a Mercedes from this dealer about five weeks ago. I reside over an hour away from this dealership. This dealership sold me a vehicle without disclosing it has a bad rotor. I started hearing noise from the rear Break, I was told to bring it over. I was informed that the pads in the rear made their mark. I paid to change the pad since I was informed by Break company that the inside of the pad was failing the standard acceptable. However, the noise did not go away. I was asked to bring it back again by Nimnicht, spending more than half a day. I was then denied finally. All my efforts to get the dealership to change were not honored. This is bad business practice.

Service Center Horrible

Do Not Buy Here! Service Department is Horrible!! Bought a new truck from dealership with sunroof. Roof leaking after only a month. Took to dealership. Will have to leave for the week and rental could not be provided. Very poor customer service.

Don’t believe what they promise.

Drove 5 hrs to purchase a 2023 GMC 2500 Denali Truck After visit the dealership twice and talking over the phone with a sales person, management agreed on price which included a used bed cover. This conversation did not include Johnathan Shultz. My husband and I were so excited about our new truck until 2 days later. The bed cover would not lay flat and leaked. I took the truck to a local truck bed cover store to give me an opinion on the cover and was told it was pretty much rotten. They said it was way over 5 years and I helped remove the dealerships garbage. . I then took the truck back to dealer and wanted to talk to the original manager who made the deal. I sat for over 2 hrs while they tried to make the cover look better. Instead of meeting with the original manager I met Johnathan Shultz, sales manager. I told him he was not part of the original deal and wanted the first manager. He gave me some lie about the manager being out till next Tuesday. Funny I was told he was there but busy 20 minutes prior. . He proceeded to tell me we got a good enough deal and they were not "running a charity". He also said I should be happy I got a deal but they were not going to fix the cover. I would never have driven this far and spent so much money on a vehicle knowing they were going to put a dry rot cover on the truck. I couldn't even believe a sales manager would speak to someone who just made a large purchase so nasty. Definitely glad I didn't buy the extended warranty that I was thinking about, that probably would of been a disaster too. I left almost 2.5 hrs later with the rotten cover and no solution but Johnathan telling me to buy a $1400 cover plus install. This vehicle was to help my disabled husband travel better. We saved for years and the way Johnathan talked to a me was disgusting and condescending. No man should ever talk to a woman like that. GREAT WAY TO TREAT A 100% DISABLED VET.

The Bettagia's worked the deal very aggressively it was a tough deal. The tonneau cover was indeed part of the negotiated deal, but the fact that it was a USED cover was always known and accepted by the Battagia"s. As pictured in their own evidentiary pictures the picture was taken at our dealership and the Battagia"s accepted the cover and they were just fine with the cover. We never offered them a deal of 1/2 the cost of a new tonneau because we were "all in" on the truck deal. The fact that they drove 5 hours is a bit of a disingenuous comment, the reason they come to Jacksonville is to visit their grandchild, which their salesperson used to babysit. We negotiated this deal honestly and fairly; the USED tonneau was a part of those negotiations from the outset. Job well done

Tire rotation, oil change, and sunroof drain leak were done in a timely manner. Steve was on vacation, and Sean took care of my car needs. Overall great experience.

Great Dealership! Great truck!

Ty was great! Very professional and personable. I ordered my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 in Forest Metallic as nothing was available on the lot at the time. Ty kept me informed through the whole process from ordering to following up frequently to let me know the status of the build. The dealership made the purchasing process easy as well. I love that Ty was as excited about my truck arriving as I was. I would highly recommend doing business with Nimnicht GMC. I also LOVE the truck!

Guess a deal isn't a deal at Nimnicht

New truck i bought had more miles on it than what was advertised. We came to agreement that Nimnicht would pay for 2 oil changes, after sending a invoice for the first oil change they send me a check. I sent them 2nd invoice via email to Scott Baker and never received payment, I emailed and mailed to same person and now he states he never received 2nd invoice and doesn't know whats going on. Not good and won't return.

My experiences with Nimnicht Buick GMC

Went to Nimnicht in mid August wanting to purchase a Buick Envision. I didn’t have a lot of extra time because my car had been totaled. They told me the envisions would not be available for 2 or more months. Years earlier I had made 3 separate automobile purchases from Nimnicht….so trusting what I was told I purchased a GMC Terrain. I went to the dealership September 6 for another matter and found that there were several Buick Envisions, just like I wanted that had arrived September 1. Obviously I voiced my concerns with no results. Bottom line is I don’t feel we were treated as we should have been and if I ever need another car it won’t be purchased from nimnicht
