What a great place to shop for a used car. I walked around the lot looking at different cars, sat in a couple opened all the doors the trunk or hatch and the hood. When I had a question and wanted to drive one of the cars I headed to the showroom .... before I got there Michael Kay met me outside. Get got the keys for the SUV that I was interested in and I took it for a drive. I liked it so we sat down to work out a deal ... it was effortless and pleasant. Sharon Holst (finance) was next and she was just a nice to talk to and professional as Michael. We purchased a nice SUV at a good price and left very pleased. We highly recommend the team at Doug Justice Auto!!!

Made an appointment to come see a car at DOUG JUSTUS. Since I live halfway across TN, I wanted to make sure my trip was not in vain. Low and behold, they had sold the car before my appointment time and no word to me to let me know that the trip was wasted, so I drove all that way for nothing. Do people a favor and try not to be the stereotypical sleazy car sales people. It’s fraudulent to offer reservations then not honor that system. If you don’t want to be perceived as crooked, don’t act shady in your dealings. I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to deal with DOUG JUSTUS AUTO!

We have found relative prices and Mr Hunter was an informational, helpful assistant, yet not pressured. He (they) wasn't there to pressure sell, but to assist. The vehicle was clean and fully operational in both purchases.

Going to Doug Justus Auto Center was a decision I made due to a very close friend who knows Mr Justus and I am definetly glad I did.

Great dealership that cares about their customers ,they don't hurry or push you on the decision process ,try to answer all questions and over options to the buyer , I was and still very pleased with my purchase , my deal and the salesman that waited on my wife and myself
