I have always paid cash for older cars, so this was my first experience financing... I worked with Nate and Paul and had a great, no-pressure experience. They were extremely helpful throughout my 3-day process of finding the right hybrid car. I certainly recommend them and appreciate their calm, professional vibes!

We came by on Memorial Day and drove three cars. Each time the contact person (Paul) was extremely accommodating and helpful We settled on a car but since our credit union was closed on Monday, we had to go back on Tuesday to finalize the deal. Paul could not have been more helpful. Easiest car-buying experience ever. Oh, we got a great car also!

My son and I recently went to Doug Justus looking to replace my old Toyota which had been totaled. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new car but needed something reliable. Throughout the whole experience, I was impressed with the professional attitude and lack of sales pressure. Hunter did a good job of addressing one concern my mechanic had before I purchased the car. My husband and I used valet parking the other day at Ft. Sanders and the valet who took our car saw the Doug Justus sticker and said he bought a car from them 15 years ago that is still running. Good advertising!

Paul was not pushy at all. Very easy going. Helped pull up information that was valuable to the process. Very kind and understanding no hagling needed.

We never felt pressure to buy, nor did we experience any annoying sales tactics. We will return to see Hunter again, next time we need a vehicle.

We have brought several students to buy cars and have every time been well taken care of. Paul is a wonderful salesman and does not put pressure on you. As a senior adult, buying the car that could possibly be the last automotive investment you make is a little daunting. You want a vehicle the will be serviceable, economical to maintain, at a price that will not tax your budget. We had anticipated spending the better part of our evenings for several days visiting car lots. When we visited Doug Justus Automotive, we found a number of fine cars within our budget with all the amenities that we were looking for. After several minutes of perusing the inventory, we were approached by Hunter Hancock who showed us a number of other vehicles to consider and educated us as to the advantages of each. The buying experience was not rushed or pressured. We ended up with a beautiful car that we look forward to putting a lot of happy miles on. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for their first or last car!

Honest and upfront. They deal mostly in high mileage cars, and if they know of a specific issue with any car, they will tell you about it. I plan on buying the next one from here. Also my salesman was Mike Walls, he was great. Won't give 5 stars because the financing approval process takes a while, there again they were upfront that it would even though I have good credit. No haggle, no pressure. It's like a cheaper, higher mileage Carmax.
