The only dealership in town I would send my mother to. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Doug Just is over the years and the experience has always been the same. Huge selection with great prices for every buyer.

My windshield has a small crack in it. You guys put a sticker over it so it couldn't be seen. The day after I bought it two indicator lights came on. One for my tires and one for my water. Now I see why u didn't offer me any kind of warranty. I can't drive my new car untill I Chuck out the money to replace the windshield (can't get insurance on a unsafe vehicle) and gotta chuck out money for a new water pump. U guys came highly recommend. I'm extremely disappointed! I'm also just noticing on the car fax that vehicle has been totaled at some point. Info that asked about and wasn't disclosed to me. If that's not illegal, it should be!

I knew very little about this dealership. I had a very successful shopping experience. No pressure to buy. They were very confident in the car I selected as well as the other vehicles they had on the lot. Also, there were no issues with me taking it to my mechanic for my own peace of mind. I will certainly consider them again next time I need to shop for another.

Mike W was great to work with. We actually made two visits to the dealer as we were shopping around looking for a GM product. Mike gave no pressure, let us take our time to make our decision. When we were finally ready he walked us through the process step-by-step. When we have to buy again we’ll be going back to Mike at Doug Justus.

Every car is unlocked and you don't have to beg for a key every time you want to look at a car. They have super friendly staff and you don't get pounced on by salesmen before you even get out of your car. I'm a repeat buyer and won't consider shopping anywhere else. I also love the very low doc fee and highly recommend Doug Justus Auto.

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Doug Justus and especially with Mike and Joseph, who attended to me directly. Mike and I agreed to an after sales agreement that he made sure to bring to completion, even though it was a week after I had driven off the lot and bought the car. That meant a lot to me. Everyone was kind and efficient and quick to help from when I first asked to test drive a car up until when I came to pick up a cargo cover that was part of my after sales agreement.

Doug Justus is not your typical used car dealership. You don’t get flocked to by four different salesmen the second you pull up. They were very laid back and easy to work with. You basically just look at your own pace, if you are interested in a car, they will be there to help you. Very pleased with my experience.

My wife & I found the exact car we were looking for at a fair price. The laid back atmosphere made for an easy & enjoyable experience. Mike Walls was very helpful & a total professional.
