They wanted a bigger down payment, said to call when we had it, and when we called 4 separate times we were promised a call back each time that never came.

Wanted to give a shout out to a great salesman,Hunter

Wanted to give a shout out to a great salesman,Hunter that works for this dealership he is a great person,and has help me through process of buying a 2018 jeep renegade from there. It had a few issues and he assisted in taking care and clearing the problems I had with the jeep. If you happen to go to the dealer,please ask for him you won't be sorry. Thanks Hunter !!!!

Does not care about having repeat customers!

One of the worst experiences I have had buying from a car lot. First when I went to pick up the car I just purchased from them it had absolutely no gas and 2 tires were low. Then not even 2 weeks later I find out it has an oil leak so bad that the oil was completely drained out in 3 days. I call to see if I could maybe trade for a different car within the same price range or just a little more because of all these issues and was told no. I am disabled and needed a reliable car to get to my doctors appointments but now I afraid to drive it very far. I was going to buy my son a car from here too but definitely not now! I will never buy anything from them again!!

any recommendation received, little attention

following an appointment, I came from another state to have a look and buy a car. But any recommendation received, little attention to what you are looking for. just a computer with the cars on sale. very disappointed atmosphere. it doesn't make you want to buy. Sorry but pass your way

We are very pleased with our shopping experience as we purchased a 2014 Mazda CX5. Both Hunter and Courtney were very helpful through the entire process. Since we had driven from 2 hours away to look at their vehicles Hunter really went the extra mile in order that we could close the deal and take the car home with us on the same day. We would highly recomend them and would use them again. Doug & Denise

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Newly married and needed a reliable car. I didn't have much money and didn't want a car payment. Went to Doug Justus because i saw a decent forester on their web site. When we arrived I had Zero help from any "salesman". Tried to negotiate and the "salesman" was firm. He told me him and his wife had been driving this car since it arrived at the dealership. Told me he loved the car and was a great buy. Welp, three months and 2300 miles (driven) later the car stalled...motor was shot. Long story short: We basically spent $7800.00 for a chassis. Ended up selling the bucket for about $2500.00 to try and go towards another car. Great Scam you guys got going (thumbs up)
