Forgery and Fraud!
Forgery and Fraud!! This is a nightmare. We have 3 contract forged by their Finance manager Tom Schmidt so far. Almost 2 weeks and haven’t received it all yet. The GM Jonathan Proano admitted to these felonies over the phone to us but has offered us 2 oil changes for our troubles!! It seems the credit application also has false information on it If you have worked with this guy I would look at all your paperwork and if you don’t have it request from whomever and look at it all closely! The forgery is very easy to spot! He’s been in the business 48 years. I’m positive we are not the first. Do not even think of a purchase from this dealer. I would highly suggest to not even look at a Napleton at this point. The stress and anxiety we are dealing with is no joke. What else have they done? As of today no actual offer in anyway to help make this right. I have fallen out of love with my purchase we worked so hard for. We are appalled and beyond disappointed. We will do whatever it takes to make sure this story gets to everyone possible. We hope to find others who have possibly experienced these crimes !!

Made an appointment to see specific car the next day.
Made an appointment to see specific car the next day. The next morning, the sales person called, texted and emailed to confirm my appointment to see the specific car. I responded with confirmation. When I arrived, i was told the car sold the prior day. They had time to confirm my appointment multiple times, but didn't have time to confirm the car I wanted, was still available. The car btw, was still listed a week later and for all I know, may still be listed today. That's called bait and switch, and it's illegal!!! After being lied to, I would never even buy a car wash from any Napleton dealership.

I came here to test drive a vehicle. Sales rep was really kind and caring. He introduced me to Doug from service on asking clarifying questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and Doug was extremely rude. This alone made me walk away from this dealership. Not knowing the answer is fine but "go on the website and research yourself. I am a service manager; not Google".
