They refuse to take accountability for their xxxx poor

They refuse to take accountability for their xxxx poor service. Buying the car is usually fine because they’re making money, the Kia care package on the other hand is a total waste of money. The service center is the absolute worst. They took my car in for service routine oil change, never put the cap back on and my car dumped oil everywhere even on my way home, and they said nothing, weren’t even surprised by it and never topped off any other fluids either. I took it in for a recall in August, was told last month during this specific oil change above that the recall was never done and added it to the service that day, then they said they didn’t have time for it because a phone charger was in the way so it wasn’t done, then told me when I picked it up that the recall was done in August but never marked off. I still have zero clue if that recall was ever actually done with all the back and forth and clear lies. They call my phone and tell me one thing and when they missed something they just skipped it over and called my husband 2 minutes later that the car was ready for pickup, never intending to finish the work the vehicle was taken there for. Just nothing but lazy sloppy work, they lie to you about their inept abilities to do their jobs, and cover for each other when someone almost blows your engine on your brand new vehicle because they couldn’t complete a simple oil change. Also never rely on their shuttle service, it’s never available even if you schedule your appointment for it to be available to you, you’ll just spend $10-20 ubering home when they wait until you drop your car off for the day to let you know you have no other way home. And yes a simple oil change takes them from 8:00am to 4:00pm. I’d rather go to the take 5 down the road who has impeccable service than pay for this stupid Kia care package where literally there’s no one there who cares about your vehicle, your time, their jobs, or knowing how to even do their jobs. The service manager is incredibly rude, she will gaslight you and avoid any responsibility for her employees lack of knowledge or wrong doing, her attitude is beyond unprofessional. NEVER trust them with your vehicle maintenance at this location, you’ll be disappointed every single time. Garbage service, garbage service team. None of them know what they’re doing.

The service department for Kia is not the best however

The service department for Kia is not the best however they are not the worst. I prefer a little more promptness in serving the customers.

Service

Absolutely disappointed in the way I was treated by the assistant service manager. When I tried to share my experience, everything I said was rudely shot down. I waited over four hours to be told that a part needed to be ordered for my car which is less than 7 months old. When you complain or a share concerns, you are basically ignored. I was assured when I purchased my car, there would be no issues with service. Do better and listen to your customers. When I shared that I had called and left several messages over the patsy several weeks and sent emails to voice my concerns, he told me I had to schedule an appointment.. absolutely unacceptable … so better

Service department is terrible, worst experience ever.

Service department is terrible, worst experience ever. My 1.5 year old car sat there for 28 days. Save yourself the trouble and drive the 18 min south to Greenway Kia, my car was up and running in 3 days, it was a warranty issue that Napleton I guess just didn’t want to deal with.

Angela in service department was excellent. Greeted me when I walk in. And help with any questions I had. I highly recommend buying from here cuz they have the best service and sales people. Excellent job Angela in service. 5 stars

3 weeks ago I purchased a 2023 Kia EV6 Wind from Napleton Northlake Kia. My experience with Napleton’s staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sam Gromilic was the sales person that helped me with my purchase, Sam was a pleasure working with, If I has questions Sam did his utmost to get me the answers. I liked the way Sam works, he was not the typical pushing sales person but he let me take my time to come to a purchase decision. I can highly recommend Sam.

HAPPY CUSTOMER..K5 GT LINE

I went to kia looking for a car. I walked around the lot and found something I really like, the K5 GT line. I was so happy. The sales rep Ednar was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Also the finance rep was very good. The whole buying process only took about 4 hours. That's the shortest time I ever spent at a dealership.

High Cost of Service

My car was brought in for basic maintenance and I ended up with almost a $400.00 bill. I like the car, but will not purchase another Kia through this dealership
