GOOD SALESPERSON GARBAGE FINANCE

Great salesperson very nice and helpful. Garbage finance wise. warning if you look on the website the cars are listed at msrp and is not what you will be paying. For example the car i was looking at was 18,000 on the website and i ended up paying 24 after all the fees

Service Department is horrible

The service department at this dealership is a complete nightmare. No one answers the phone when you call. Updates are not given on the status of the work being done. They have had my car for 23 days now and it’s still not repaired.

We had a great experience with Napleton Kia, the

We had a great experience with Napleton Kia, the salesperson Yesim was fabulous and then followed up with Simeon in the Finance department who found us savings we did not expect. His thorough approach got us a special interest rate designated for teachers and heros which my wife is. Thank you to Napleton Northlake KIA and their amazing team for getting my wife into her dream car. I can't wait till I'm ready for a new Kia so I can go there again.
