Stay AWAY from the service department !!!!

I have been buying Kia cars since 2012 and over all I liked the vehicles, this ended with my wife's 2020 Kia Forte. We noticed that the side window seal trim rubber deteriorated - into an asphalt like gue, also the rear bumper protective decal under the trunk lid was bubbled up. We took it to Napleton Kia for a warranty repair. After making an appointment, we dropped the vehicle off. At the end of the day we were told that the technician did not have a time to see the vehicle, but we can bring it in tomorrow. When I mentioned that we had an appointment, I was told that appointment does not guarantee a technician to see the car. What does it guarantee then? Well, next day it is. Next day we received a phone call that vehicle is ready to be picked up. When picking the vehicle up at the end of the day ( 8hrs of having the vehicle), we realized they removed the damaged decal from the bumper, but did not install a new one. Rep contacted us with "no problem" attitude, drop it off next time, we will install it. Every time I drive the vehicle there, I loose half of day at work with no compensation, so this was the third time I was driving there. How disappointed I was when my wife picked up the vehicle and the new decal was installed, but it was bubbled up already, with the rep stating "it will settle down in a day or so". Guess what - it did not. Now it looks worse than it did before. I was told to come and drop the vehicle off again, they will order new decal and have a different technician to install it. At this point I have zero confidence in the service department and their "technicians". I asked for the $75 the dealership charged me for this optional decal when I purchased this vehicle. So far, no response... Stay AWAY from that service department and if you decide to buy Kia from this dealership, pray there is no any issues with the vehicle, because this place will create a NIGHTMARE in your life. Very unorganized and poor quality of work. It is funny, when you indicate there is a problem, they will start ignoring your messages and not answering your calls. I tried to call the service manager 3 times today and every time it went into a voice mail.

NORTHLAKE KIA

When I arrived at this dealership I already knew what I wanted in mind. We were greeted and introduced to Ricardo and he discussed my options such as color of car and so on. We were met by Simeon and went into further details as to what was available for me. He didn't pressure me and gave me time to think things over. Shortly after that Ricardo joined us again and explained what to expect and I really felt confident in purchasing my new vehicle. He made the process very smooth. Even kindly opening the garage for me and my children to avoid the sun as we transferred all of our belongings to our new vehicle. He didn't rush and offered to assist us if needed. Ricardo is a gem and such a kind individual. Napleton Northlake KIA never disappoints. I can't thank Simeon and Ricardo enough for the professionalism and kindness that was shown. I will always recommend this location. 10/10 Always!!

Irresponsible returning calls and lost my car key during

Irresponsible returning calls and lost my car key during service. Car was not fixed. When open to look for key they scratched the car. No responsibility taken. No body to contact for help.

Rip off people

These advisers how they call Them are there to take every penny you earn or don't have. I Brought my car there it was diagnosed for FUEL INJECTOR REPLACEMENT. I was charge $1200 for one injector. When I was ready to pick the car up another part that was replaced recently was also wrong according to the tech for another $ 200.

Stear clear of Napleton Kia

Overcharged $21.00. Personnel were rude. When car finally ready, I had to wait while an employee went out to check the non-existent trailor hitch. Beware! Avoid!
