Heather write was my sales person, she over promised and under delivered, then blamed everyone else for everything that didn't work out. very unprofessional person. Dealership can blame her for why they lost a $40,000 dollar sale

Just had car serviced charged $16 for misc charged.

Just had car serviced charged $16 for misc charged. When asked what it was for was told paper mats used to keep my mats from getting soiled and car wash am thing of finding a new dealership
