Buying a car for my autistic son was very important to me also being a single mother, you can only imagine. I will totally recommend your dealership to everyone even if they are not buying a car. Do not buy a car from Kia Northlake!
They will treat you real nice and accommodate you during the sales process. After you drive off the lot; FORGET about it! Bought a new 2023 sportage a month ago. Horrible communication with the sales lady and service dept. New car with a bad set of tires, they sell you on hopes and dreams of taking care of you and making it right. They do not answer or return calls or text messages in getting this resolved. Meanwhile this new car shakes so bad, nobody seems to care. They don't care about their customers safety or providing service -not to mention we have purchased 2 new kia's within the past 3 months here. You would think they would be grateful to their repeat customers. This place sucks!

Purchased a BMW from this dealership. After having it less than 48hrs, realized the car had misfires. The GM nor the sales manager could explain. Can we say “lemon vehicle.” Is this really what this dealership is about…selling lemon vehicles?

Please help us why won’t you help your costumers
Terrible they avoid us don’t answer the phone have you on hold for hours do not go there you will regret it. Our car is a 2016 Kia Sorenta. We are buying it from here but it broke down the motor blew up and it has been sitting up there at Kia dealership for 3 months and they haven’t even looked at it to diagnose it but they still want there car payment for the car so we have made all our payments on time still haven’t heard anything from anyone up there at Kia
