I had the best experience with Northlake Kia. My first interaction was with Cheryl (who is the sweetest). She paired me with Matt who is patient and kind. He really took his time helping me through the process. Than Dan helped me with my financial paperwork and explained very well. I talked to a young stylish young man to do my down payment (wish I remembered his name). He was very cool and helpful. Everyone I encountered were very cool people.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON OCTOBER 14TH 2022. ON RECIEVING MY CAR BACK THERE WAS SCRATCHES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON DECEMBER 1ST AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED. EVERY TIME I CALL ABOUT MY CAR BEING FIXED ALL I HEAR IS THEY DONT HAVE A LOANER FOR ME. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM BEFORE. I NEED ANSWERS ASAP

Owners Nightmare
The Sales Department is wonderful. The Kia product is great. The Service Department is a nightmare. There are no Service Advisors. There is no management. The employees are ill trained. It's a miracle that it doesn't totally collapse. Cars are kept for an unconscionable amount of time and then delivered unwashed. I have no confidence that my car received service. Service Department needs a complete overhaul.

242 Miles and 30 days later no update!!!
I purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento on 10/22/22 and three days later on (10/25/22) the car started to have problems with power, I wrote it off as a driver mistake (touch a button or something). The car all of a sudden started to slow down as I was driving into work. Saturday 10/29/22 again as i am driving with my 9 month old grandson to the grocery store, I slow down at a speed bump and, as i tried to accelerate the car would not speed up and completely shut down I parked the car and turned it off and restarted the vehicle and continue. On 10/31/22 as i was reversing the car on my parking space, again the car started to have all the warning lights turned on and alarms going off inside of the car, parked the car turned it off and it would not turn back on and all the warning lights were on and beeping stating I was not on park, inclined parking, engine light, oil light and many more. Had the car picked up and taken to dealership and the car has been there since 10/31/22 and to this day no one knows what is wrong with the car according to Service Tech Cedric, the car has a major Electrical issue that KIA has to take care of. At this point I am a consumer that is very unhappy and dissatisfied with the lack of care and, empathy in this matter. I am almost at my first payment and I don't have the car that I purchased. Not only is this a major inconvenience for me but, also a major safety concern. I have reached out to the dealership to keep me updated at no avail. Not the manager, the service tech or anybody care one bit for their customers.

Poor customer sercice at this dealership.
Poor customer sercice at this dealership. I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me back or tell me what was oing on. On Friday I had been told they didnt know if they could get it finished, if not it would be finished Saturday. Vemoy was my contact for the service dept and she did a really poor job of telling me the truth.

Don' trust George!
Only problem was with the original salesman. He misled me regarding several issues. I wrote a letter to Kia sharing my experience, but never heard from them or anyone else. I refused to deal with that salesman, and another salesman took over and did a wonderful job setting up the car for me and my wife. Calling anyone at the dealership is problematic as it seems that all calls go through a central office in the midwest somewhere.
