Bocker Service Department Gets The Job Done!
It was time to have the oil changed even tho I could have gone further but the tires needed rotated and I wanted the all point check up done. Lube Center was very busy so I dropped off my car for the tire rotation first. After it was done and Lube Center was reallybacked up, the service department did everything preventing me from waiting an unusual amount of time. That is customer service!

Volvo S60 - I really love this car!
My husband and I were only looking at first, not quite ready to buy. Then, we went to multiple dealerships and test drove quite a few different cars. We came back to Bocker and made our purchase for two reasons: Chase and Gary. Both of them were super friendly, informative, accommodating and definitely not pushy.

This time was a quick service.
Just needed the oil changed. Used the Quick lube service. It was just that quick and friendly service. The waiting area was great, though the time was very short.

Great guest services
People have a tendency to avoid dealerships because the cost is usually a little high than other small shops and quick lubes. The phrase " you get what you pay for " was coined for a reason. More money yes its worth the cost when the service is better. Thanks
