Great Salesperson, Great Deal, Great Experiance

My wife and I had purchased many vehicles from John Wollny at Bocker up through 1998. After that we tried other dealerships in other towns and states along with other vehicle makes. John is the main reason for our return visit to this dealership. He has treated us better than any other salesperson we have dealt with. We had a good experience with all the people we talked to during this .purchase After this experience with John, and everyone at Bocker Auto Group we remembered why we kept returning as we did. Power steering recall

I brought in my GMC for a power steering recall. I also have a bad rattle in my dash board that I talked to Brad about. He checked it out and said they would probably have a couple of hours labor to find out where the problem was coming from. Since my warranty has run out on my 2015 GMC my husband and I decided not to spend the money not knowing how much it would end up costing. I am dissappointed that a newer GMC would would end up sounding like at 10 year old car that is falling apart. I am in no way blaming Brad. He was very honest in telling me that it could end up being very costly.

They seem to know what they are doing as they fix my problem, someone ready to give me a ride to another destination and always bring my car right to me when problem fixed. They always know me when I walk in and that means a lot to me

New customer experience.

Our overall customer experience with Bocker Auto Group was and remains “Excellent “ and we are happy to say we are “Very Satisfied” customers with all aspects of our new Corvette buying experience. This is our first purchase from this dealership and we definitely would purchase from Bocker again, without hesitation. To make things even better, our complete deal was carried out through e-mail, not one phone call was needed or placed. When we arrived at the dealership to see and pick up our new Corvette, meet the dealership personnel for literally the first time in person and close the deal out, everyone was friendly and everything was ready to go. And the car even looked better than what we had seen in the photos or we had imagined. Believe us, this was not our first vehicle buying experience, but it was by far our absolute best, and this experience continues after the sale. The Bocker Auto Group provides an excellent buying experience during and after the actual sale. In Summary they are genuinely friendly, very concerned about understanding our needs, wants, concerns and providing true satisfaction. Excellent Service Center

I took my car into Bocker Service Center to get look at and fixed. They were very easy to get my car scheduled. Service Center crew was really nice and super communicative with me on what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost me. They also reached out to me before even fixing anything which i really was thankful for that. I am very happy took my car to Bocker Auto Group.
