Bocker staff ahead of the rest !!

John Wollny and Delbert Bunker found me the perfect truck for my needs. All within a days time. They made the whole experince Fun and easy from start to finish. Even though it was late they both stayed to anwser all my questions and Mike in finance stayed to make sure all my paper work was done. Even the rest of the staff that was still there were happy to answer questions.

Sweet's at Bocker

new car purchase

I had been searching for a vehicle that I wanted, I found one but it was not within my range for travel for buying. I talked to The Bocker folks told them what I wanted the price that I had found. They found the one I wanted and met the price I needed. They also helped secure a lower interest rate on the loan. I thought this was also great. I am quit happy with the treatment I received and will be returning for future purchases and service. Thank you Bockers

Service

This was my second free oil change & tire rotation after buying my new Impala. They always do an excellent job. I needed a car wash as I had road tar on the car which I cannot get off. Jill mad sure I was able to get the car washed & not have to wait for hours. Your entire service crew is excellent!

Awesome, as usual.

Greeted nicely upon arrival, service is good and efficient, guys are just nice and personable. And I appreciate that! Makes feel like somebody actually cares about the work they do and their customers are important to them.

A pleasant surprise.

I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I liked. I mentioned to one of the salesmen that I was wondering if John Wollny still worked there and he said yes and in fact he was there now. John came out to see me while I was looking through the cars and we talked a little about my last purchase and then started talking about my desire to trade up to a newer car. As it happened a 2016 Enclave had just came in and he asked if I would like to see it. One thing led to another and I ended up buying the newer car. Just like the first time, John was very friendly, informative and unfortunately quite convincing. I just picked up my car today and I couldn't be more happy with the car or the service that was afforded me by the entire Bocker group. I am very happy that I stopped by Bocker on that particular day. Thanks to everyone involved with my purchase.
