Worth the drive

Well worth the 2 hour drive from the QC. Gary S was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions and looked up information for us. We never felt pressured and feel we received a great fair deal from Bocker on our used SUV. Just a great family atmosphere from people in the friendly town of Freeport. The new guy in Finance was outstanding as well. I since that there is a great appreciation of the community from the people that work there. I highly recommend Gary S and Bocker.

Chase was amazing!

Over Labor Day weekend my son Paul totaled his car. This was out in Maryland. Got ahold of Chase Euell. He searched out here for an appropriate vehicle. When he couldn't find one he suggested a car here. After much hard work on Chase's end, Paul now has a wonderful car from Bockers. We're very pleased with it and the previous 4 vehicles weed purchased from Bockers.

2 New Cars!

I was dealing with a local, dealer when something happened that caused me to doubt the integrity of that dealer, so I asked around and was informed Bocker Auto Group was a dealer to try. SPOT ON!Ben Marten delivered our 2017 leased Buick Encore, while at the house saw my 2014 Equinox and asked if I wanted to trade it in on a 2018.. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Newer, nicer car, better model, all for less per month than the '14 was costing. Definitely a dealer to return to again & again. KUDO's to Ben & Bocker!!

Recent purchase

This is our sixth car we purchased from Bocker....can you tell we trust them and like the service we get... absolutely...sales, service, price, quality....all above anyone's expectations...Gary Shorter our salesmen is so personable, so knowledgeable, and available 24/7. Any day any time. I recommend them and him to everyone I know. Four of my friends have bought from Bocker and a Gary... all extremely satisfied.

Great people to deal with

My wife and I leased one new car and bought another new car from Ben Marten in 2 weeks. We could not be happier with the experience! Ben delivered both cars right to our house (in Rockford). He provided a better model for a lower price than any other dealer. KUDO's to Ben & Bocker Auto Group. Leased Buick Encore 2017, Purchased 2018 Chevrolet Equinox!

Amazing display of teamwork to get us to our goals!

We went in with very specific vehicle preferences and they had to search far and wide but did find it in a relatively short time. They then proceeded to work with us to structure the deal and payments our circumstances required as well as every little detail of transferring to our beautiful new Enclave!

Awesome!

Marvin and all the staff were great to work with. Marvin knew the product well and was not a pushy sales person. I will return to Bocker when I need another vehicle
