Review for John Bell, Salesman @ Hendrick Cadillac
We just recently picked up our new 2024 XT4. We've had a long term relationship with John Bell dating back to 1994. John knows his customers and he knows customer service. John goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction. John makes it easy for us. We will soon be ordering another 2025 vehicle when orders open and John is already helping us through that process. I've said it before and I'll say it again....John Bell is an asset that many could learn a thing or two from. While we're on the subject of reviews. I'm going to take this opportunity to say Hendrick's SHOULD NOT force their customers to leave reviews ONLY on Internet websites. Hendrick's should cover all the bases and make sure less tech savvy people (older folks) have an easier way to leave reviews. Hendrick's could actually be missing good information. For example: If you're a frequent flyer as we are, Google locks you out once you have made one review of one business. That in and of itself is ludicrous but it's a fact that forces me to leave one by other means. What if someone didn't have Facebook? What if someone doesn't want to use the Internet? I strongly urge Hendrick's to rethink this entire process from the 30000 foot level and make sure opportunities are expanded to less tech savvy people. Make it easy to leave reviews....buying a car shouldn't be the only easy thing right?
