Schedule maintenance oil change

Rick Hendrick Cadillac is a very professional establishment. We set up an appointment for an oil change. The car was taken in on or near the time set. The car was thoroughly inspected and looked at and several recommendations for additional maintenance was proposed to us. I looked over the recommendations and felt that they were needed to maintain my car in top-notch condition. All the work was done within that day of the appointment. And as Rick Hendricks does each time you bring it in for oil change wheels are rotated and the cars are washed before delivery back to the customer. The service agents we're very professional and friendly. They are always willing to help even when we asked last minute questions or are concerns. I highly recommend Rick Hendricks for anyone's Future car buying or service needs.

Daniel was great to work with.

Daniel was great to work with. I haven’t bought yet as I am just getting started in my process but he was ok taking his time to show me a couple different CT5-V series options that he had available. I look forward to working with him again.

Ct4 Cadillac

When I purchase my vehicle I did not have the heated stern wheel in my car it took two years to get it in and put on but I was ok with it long as it?s in the car now. I will always buy and have my car service here at this dealership because of my service guys and my salesman, they r great

Good service

Good service at reasonable price. I had an appointment for 8:15 am and picked up the car later that afternoon. It kind of worked out for me this time
